This is truly one of my best tortillas.  A subtle and nuanced image, built up with four layers of browning sauce.  I first diluted the sauce with water, applying it on the lightest ares of the tortilla.  Then I hit it with the heat gun, burning it ever so slightly.  

Then came another layer of browning sauce, this time less diluted.  Again I hit it with the heat gun.  Then a darker third layer, and a fourth.

It was a time consuming process, but worth it.  This might be the Les Demoiselles d'Avignon of Miracle Tortillas.
