Regarded by some as the greatest composer of all time, Ludwig van Beethoven has inspired generations of artists and musicians, including Schroeder and everyone's favortie droog (and the guy I was named after), Alex .  With that kind of cred, it's obvious that he would sooner or later miraculously appear on a tortilla.

What's Beethoven been doing these last 180 years?  Decomposing!
