Not everyone can draw.  Not everyone can paint.  Not everyone can go to work drunk and not have their boss notice, but that is not relevant here.

In order to make a Miracle Tortilla with the recognizable image of a person on it, you need to paint the person onto the tortilla.  But what if you have no artistic talent?  You do what I do - you use technology.

Imagine you are walking through the bombed-out rubble of Baghdad.  It is a lovely spring day, the sun is shining, and if there were any birds, they would be singing.  You are grunting and sweating under your body armor, which somehow reminds you of home.

Ahead, you see a hot guy, possibly homosexual, leaning against the ruins of a school building.  He is working on his tan, his eyes closed.  He doesn't notice you.  As you check out his body, you think he would look great on a tortilla.

You pull out your camera phone, and snap a quick picture.
