You darken the lights in your room, and turn on the projector.  You realize that you sometimes have to print your photo smaller, in order to get the image properly sized to fit the tortilla.

Eagerly, you being painting the guy's face onto the tortilla with browning sauce.  You just paint the darkest areas, leaving the highlights and lighter areas untouched.  The key is to get the defining features of the face captured, but nothing more.

After about 5 or 10 minutes of work, you are done.  You feel huge, strong - like a giant creature from outer space - because you have overcome your lack of artistic skill.
